NO. You are charged for the product you order. There will not be any other purchase to your card unless you are to make another purchase with our company. In error, customers have double charged their cards due to double clicking in the same purchase screen and this results from backing up on the browser in the payment process. If this should occur, simply call us immediately and we will resolve the problem. Keep in mind, if you have purchased your item in the same state we are located; you will be subject to sales tax. Not to worry, this information will be calculated for you when you purchase you item. It will display the sales tax amount. The only other fee you are subject to is shipping charges. Shipping is free for certain items and subject to change at our discretion. Shipping charges are calculated on the weight of each item.

What if my item is broken when I receive it?
Contact us immediately after you open the package. If you item is broken, out it back in its original box, write"return-to-sender" on the package. This will avoid any shipping fees at your cost. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for damaged goods through shipping. It is the responsibly of the shipping company to do this. To act on their behalf, with this policy, you must return the item in 3 days to comply with them shipping the item back to us. Failure to do this will result in shipping the item back at your cost.

Do you have a catalog you can send me in the mail?
No. Our online store is our catalogue. The reason we do not have a catalogue ib because we are constantly updating our inventory. Many customers are disappointed to receive a catalogue and we have just updated our online site will new inventory.

Yes and no. All Berlich models we offer are made of wood. The Steinhausen watch winders we offers do have products made of plastic.  Other platcis items watch winders include, Diplomat and Heiden.

What are the differences between automatic movement and quartz movement?
Automatic movement uses no batteries. Quartz movement requires the use of batteries. Automatic movement is in all of the replica Rolex watches we offer. Automatic movement is created by natural energy. This movement is also known as “perpetual movement. It works by a rotor within the watch. This allows the watch to essentially recharge itself. The act of moving the watch with the wrist gives the watch the constant motion necessary the keep charging. When the watch has not been worn for a period of time, it will stop motion. Simply wind the watch to recharge its use. The watch winder we provide keeps the watch in movement when it is not worn.

Typically, an item made out of plastic is manufactured to be produced at a lower cost. The wood items we offer are handcrafted, are made with better quality. We do offer items that are made of wood and are handcrafted that are almost as low of a price as the plastic watch winders we offer.

This is a question we receive many times from customers who have replica watches. If your watch is a replica there is a chance it does not work with a watch winders because its movement does not pick up from the watch winder movement. We are noit sure why this occurs. If we find your watch winder to be return and in working condition, we will charge a restock fee of 20%.

Yes. The AC adapter is included with each purchase. This item will come each watch winder we sell. The only exception is Eilux.  Some Eilux single watch winders only come standard with battery capability and the adapter is sold separately.

Do you ship my purchase the same day I order it?
Yes, in most cases.If your item was purchased after 3pm MST, teh item will most likely ship the next business days on prority orders. Please keep in mind that proirity shipments take priority over parcel post. If you are in a hurry you may want to use the priority ship option to receive your purchase faster. Priority shipments take about 3-4 days in the United States. If your purchase is out of stock we will not be able to send your watch until we receive it. If you need your items fast and want to make sure it is in stock, call our customer service and we will better assist you. Out of stock items may take up to 2 weeks to ship out. The only other delay would be U.S. holidays we honor.

There is an option for priority ship when you checkout. This method will get your package to you in about 3-4 business days. If you need your shipment faster, call our customer service center by phone and we can arrange for faster ship methods.

What should I do if my package is damaged or gets lost in the mail?
Contact our customer support center. Our representatives will explain exactly what needs to be done. We will replace the item. You must contact us immediately if you feel the package is lost or if you are certain it is broken.

What does it cost me if your reship the item? Will I be charged again?
If the item has been damaged during shipping it will cost you nothing if you send the item back "return to sender". Simply check your package, if it does not seem to work or looks broken, call our customer service center. If the item is damaged, put it back in its original package and simplky label the package "return to sender" on an empty space on the package. Please know that we are not responsible for charges of items damaged during shipping. It is your duty to honor the policy of the post office and return the item within 3 days of delivery. After these 3 days you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. If you have received an item other than what you have purchased, simply notify our company and we will give you information about how to return that item. We are not set up to pick up packages and you must ship the item back to us. Customers do make mistakes and so do we. All items shipped back to our company must have a return number issed for acceptance. Please contact our customer service center to have a return number issued. All packages shipped back without a rts nymber will be refused.

How long does the item take to reship?
Usually, about 1 week. The reason for this is because we have to send the item through a process to identify the items and make sure you receive to item you want. In this process, sometimes it requires our company to try and contact you to reassure this mistake does not happen again. This may seem a little long, but getting wrong second package would take longer. 1 weeks helps to ensure the mistake is corrected. Many items it is fixed sooner, but we have to receive the item, identify the item, correct the mistake, and reship the item.

Can I ship the item overnight?
No. Unfortunately we cannot. The reason is we have had too many packages in the past subject to fraud. This occurs from persons purchasing items with stolen credit cards and Internet fraud. We choose not to ship this method to honor those who have their credit cards stolen.

Does your company accept COD delivery?
Not at this time. COD is a great method to ship and we honor its method. We send out 2 different packages. This results in your order delivery at two separate times. If you contact our customer service we can give updates as to whether we can provide this option.

No. You are making a one-time purchase and we will only charge you one time for each purchase you make. The price you see in the store is the price you pay. There are in installment payment.
