SHIPPING

We use UPS, FEDEX, and USPS for shipping all products. Shipping carrier may vary depending on order purchased. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery on all shipments made through ground shipping. Purchases made usually ship next business day. Our default ship method is FEDEX for checkout. Some orders are shipped direct from manufactuer use a different ship method that may be higher than FEDEX.  If orders are shipped by another method we will charge the FEDEX rate regardless if the order is higher or lower through anothe provider. Please contact us if prior to placing an order if you cannot use another ship method.  Purchases made on holidays will ship next business day. Please call customer service for priority shipping. Those locations poutside of the continental United states such as Hawaii, alaska and Puerto Rico may result in delays regardless of shipping method.  Please call or email for further delays.

Swisstgallery.com will not reimburse for any damages or defects caused to your watch. We do not guarantee that our watch winders will wind all brands of automatic, manual, kinetic, or replica watches.

 Please note: For all returns and exchanges, swisstgallery.com does not pay or reimburse for return shipping.  All returns for products, regardless of the reason is the resposibility of the customer.  All returns must be in the original packaging for returns to be accepted.  You must contact us by email for an RMA number in order for your return to be accepted.  All packages sent to us without RMA# will be refused and must be reshipped at the cost of the customer.

Shipping is limited to the continental United States. Shipping excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. For further information, please contact our customer service department by phone.  Our Berlich house brand is available for shipping to outlining states.

P.O. BOX ORDERS

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes.  Please check with our customer service department by email see find other options of shipping or when this will be available.

Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico Orders

We do offer shipping for thse orders.  We do required a service fee for these orders above flat rate as these areas are not within the continental USA.   Those orders that cannot ship will be cancelled.

Canada Orders

We offer Canada purchases to shipping addresses within the USA. on select brands as a benefit to our customers.  If an order cannot be shipped, it will be cancelled. We use different ship carriers for different products and customer cannot select the method we use on select orders.  If you require a certain method, call our customer phone support to see if the method will be deliverable to your address.  Orbita and Volta brands can be shipped to Canada but must be purchased by phone.  Normal shipping fees apply and customers are subject to duties and tax.  Swisstgallery.com or its affiliates are responsible for any duties or customer brokerages fees that may be applied to shipments.

*Note.  Underwood products ship direct from Italy and must be returned back to the manufacturer direct in Italy.

 We appreciate your purchase with us and realize your need to physically see the merchandise you purchase. If at any time you have any questions regarding your purchase, simply call our customer service for assistance. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, a replacement will be sent out to you at no additional charge. You may return your item within the brand time return days of purchase for a refund less the cost of shipping and restock fee. All items purchased cannot not be returned after the return policy above for purchase. Returns must be delivered according to the manufacturer return policy. In the event a shipping label is provided, the same item will automatically be re-issued by our system.  Returns made after the return policy will be refused ior incur additional restocking fees. Items returned must be in orignal packaging and are subject to refusal without original packaging upon return.  Please contact customer service for RMA# and for return shipping address. Shipping fees are non refundable on returns. Please allow 2 weeks for refunds. If you find your item is damaged in shipping we will replace your item at no cost to you. Please include the following which we will include by email for return:

 

  • All original packaging and materials
  • Name of purchaser
  • RMA# (return mechandise authorization number)
  • email or contact customer support by phone with tracking information.

 

No restocking fee is issued if customer purchases another item equal or greater in value. * Restock fees of 15% will apply to those items returned for refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable on returns. Swisstgallery.com does not make any guarantees the any watch winder brand will be compatible with every watch.

* Items returned after return policy period of selected brands above per manufacturer will be refused if tracking number is not provided prior to return by phone or by email.  Those items accepted before tracking information received will incur a higher restock fee. Items returned beyond returned period will be refused or incur addtional restocking fee of 15% additional to the normal restocking fees.

Holiday Shipping

All items purchased November 1 to December 25 will have extended return policy till January 15 of the following year. All orders placed after 9AM Mountain Standard Time will ship out the next business day including priority 2 day and 3 day shipping.  Bey Berk and Orbita are subject to 2 day delayed shipping regardless of shipping method.  All items purchased November 1 to December 25 and returned after January 15 of the following year are subject to refusal based on manufacturer policy.

 

Damaged items

Please contact our customer service by phone within 48 hours to file a damage report with UPS. Damaged items must be picked up from delivered address upon damage notification. All Damaged items not picked up by UPS or sent back by customer are subject to 15% restock fee. A replacement will be issued immediately following the claim. Refunds on items damaged upon returned must be claimed through by shipping provider.

Lost/Stolen  Packages Not Delivered

We do our best to help customers with packages lost in transit that ship to the correct address beyond shipping carrier policies. Packages shipped become the responsibility of the carrier to deliver packages correctly.  Swisstgallery is not responsible for those packages stolen or lost in transit.

 

* In cases where replacements are issued for exchange and original item is not returned, a charge will be issued for a purchase of that replacement item.
